Bella Vista Resort

We came to Kerala without a planned itinerary and spent two days at bella vista munnar. The front staff were warm and cheerful, and helped a lot with travel information, from jeep Safari and local transport to shows. They even helped us communicate in the local language with the rickshaw wala. The hotel is built on contoured land, which made for interesting planning. It’s outside central Munnar, but that’s part of the appeal: it’s peaceful and close to nature, while still not too far from town. Local buses to the city are easy to get. My husband and I loved our stay. The hotel was hygienic, and the food was okay and hygienic too, though there weren’t many menu options. It was a great experience.

The surrounding area is especially beautiful at sunrise, and I’d like to stay here again. The rooms were very good, the food excellent, and the service very good. A wonderful location.

I was nervous after reading several negative Google reviews before our trip, but from the moment we arrived the experience was beyond what I expected. The manager and staff were all very helpful. Our room was well maintained and more than satisfactory, with a tidy bathroom and bedsheets and pillows in good condition. We stayed for two days, and while we were out on a day trip they changed the sheets, blankets, and pillows. Breakfast arrived right on time and was delicious. Whenever we went downstairs, the manager checked whether we had any problems, and room service was quick enough and commendable. It was a great stay, and if we visit Munnar again, this resort will be my first choice.

Nishanth sir was a big help, and the people with him were friendly, understanding, and spoke and understood Hindi and English really well. The hotel staff and people running the place were good and dependable, and we felt we could trust them. We enjoyed the food, the clean and nice rooms, and the pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast, dinner, and the stay were all enjoyable. The only thing I’d change is the Wi-Fi, which could use a stronger network. I’d give it 5/5, and it’s suitable for families or friends.
