The room was clean, and its upkeep stayed good throughout our visit. We also appreciated the tasty food, generous portions, and range of breakfast choices. There’s plenty of parking on the property, a 24-hour security guard, and a complimentary welcome drink. Check-in and room preparation took longer than expected, but we enjoyed the rest of our stay, and checkout was on time and convenient. I’d strongly recommend this hotel for a trip to Munnar.

We were there from January 9th to 11th, 2026, and had an awesome time. The rooms were spacious, the location is prime, and the hospitality was remarkable. Ajeesh, Jesintha, Amar, Vishnu, and Security Anna were all so kind and sweet. Thanks to the whole team.

We booked a valley-view room based on the photos, but the room we got didn’t have that view. The manager said we’d be able to see the valley in the morning, but all we could see from the windows was another building. Breakfast opened at 7:30 am and had run out by 7:40; we waited 15 minutes to get any. The lights also went out twice in our room. Very poor management, and this hotel isn’t the 4-star place it advertises itself as. A very bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Stay away.

We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, and both meals were delicious. The food quality impressed us, and the location was convenient, with essential services, restaurants, and scenic viewpoints nearby. Our room was impressively spacious and impeccably maintained, with a breathtaking valley view. The staff were warm and hospitable, too. We recently had a wonderful stay.

We booked two rooms and came away very disappointed. The shower had no separator from the toilet, there were clear seepage marks on the walls, and the toiletries didn’t include basics like toothpaste. During our two-day stay, the DTH service still hadn’t been recharged after we reminded them three times. The water issue was especially frustrating: when I asked for two litres for two adults and a child, they refused and argued over our right to enough drinking water in the room. It took three hours of heated arguments to get it. I hope they take this feedback on board and improve their service.
