The steep ground and narrow access road were the main drawbacks, so a vehicle with good ground clearance would help. Once there, the mountain view from our room was great, and the rooms were spacious. Ashin and his team were humble and genuinely helpful. Food was excellent, made to order and brought to the table on time. We enjoyed seeing the staff cook with such fun and energy, and had a great couple of days.

The room and surroundings were both lovely, and the room service and facilities were very good. We chose this property for our stay this time and were glad we did. We're sincerely grateful for the excellent support and hospitality.

The meals are what I'll remember most. The chef's dishes were beautifully presented, full of memorable flavors, and every meal felt like a celebration. Ashin and the support staff were warm, attentive, and professional, making me feel looked after and valued from the start. At Evaara Resort Munnar, the service and hospitality were so well done that it's hard to find enough words to praise the stay. For a luxurious and heartwarming visit in Munnar, I'd recommend it highly.

The pool was clean and well kept, with a refreshing view. We also found the rooms spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Evaara resort in Munnar is surrounded by greenery and has a calm feel that helped us relax. The staff were genuinely warm, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. For us, it was a lovely combination of nature, comfort, and great service.

We were promised a Mountain View Room after booking through Agoda, then it was changed to Pool View without our consent or even a heads-up. The hotel is at least 1.5 km from the main road, which wasn't mentioned. We paid for an extra bed but got only a mattress. Breakfast wasn't a spread, just a few items, though they would make an omelette and coffee on request. Ashin took good care of our dinner.
