The fire extinguisher I saw was depressurized. The booking was a mess too: the manager said they had no room and wouldn’t discuss or check the reservation, and customer service also confirmed there wasn’t a room available. I was told the hotel had received no information about my online booking, so I’d strongly advise against booking online here. This was easily the worst experience I’ve had. I’d look for somewhere else to stay. My rating is zero out of five.

A few rooms have lovely scenery, and the place has a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were good for the price. It worked well for families and groups, and they could arrange a bonfire on request. I enjoyed my stay.

I booked two AC rooms, but the property didn’t have any. The man at reception said that if I paid online through Fab Hotel, I wouldn’t get a room, and that I should pay directly instead. I drive tourist packages and work as a guide, so I could find somewhere else easily. An ordinary traveler might struggle to find a room during the busy season.

They charge like a 3-star hotel, and Google showed it as one, but to me it’s only a 1-star place. The service was very poor. I’d put it at Rs. 1000 per day at most. Don’t stay here.

I paid over Rs4000 for a room that the hotel offers offline for Rs999. There was no manager around, no food available within 5 km, and no service. Just one person was handling all the work.
