The place has an amazing location, and I heard foreigners used to prefer it when it had its original owner. Now it's shabby and dirty. The maintenance is really poor. Our sheets weren't clean, and there was what looked like love juice on them. We asked three times for a change. The bedroom smelled like the bathroom, and the bathroom smelled even worse. On the first day, we had to clean the bathroom ourselves with mops and Lysol. On our last day, 05/23/2026, we had to scoop buckets of water from the pool just to relieve ourselves. I wish the person running the hotel spent more time maintaining the property instead of driving the jeep on errands for 50s and 100s for nearby hotels. Not recommended.

The employees were helpful, but the stay wasn't worth what we paid. Getting there is a major drawback: the resort is about 1-2 km down an off-road route from the main road. Driving your own vehicle can be hectic, though you can use their jeep. The room was dusty and below average, with few amenities and only a table fan, no ceiling fan. The pool was too cold to enjoy because its water temperature isn't controlled with heaters. Breakfast had just a few items, so don't expect much variety.

We had a great time at Glenmore, and I'd definitely recommend it. The rooms look out onto amazing views, while the pool is set in a superb spot where you can see the forest as you swim. The food was good too.

We got away from the city's traffic and honking, which made for a great stay. Everyone on staff was polite and decent, and the food was good. We also arranged a cab for local sightseeing with help from the staff. I'd definitely visit again.

The staff were so cooperative, it felt like they were family. The rooms, food, service, location, atmosphere, and how everyone worked with us were all top notch. Five stars, and I'd definitely recommend it.
