I felt uncomfortable the whole time and thought it was a total waste of money. There was no privacy, no hot water, and the service was terrible. Management was rude and arrogant, and the staff's behavior was disgusting and completely unprofessional. One of the worst hotel stays I've had. Never visit this place.

The noise started around 7am, with 20 people being allowed into rooms near ours. We hadn't slept at all, so I asked not to pay for that night. They brought 5 men over and made me pay anyway. This was my worst experience in India and in Munnar. I highly don't recommend it, stay away!

A really nice place to visit, with all the nearby places close to this hotel. Do come and enjoy!

A good stay at Hill Crest, thanks! The room was clean and the staff friendly. The wifi strength does need checking, though.

I was here back in 2017 and just drove past again on a trip. The rooms are awesome, and so is the view. I'd absolutely recommend it.
