Hotel Munnar Kairali By OYO Rooms

We ended up finding another hotel that night after waiting outside the resort for over an hour in the freezing cold, with our family. The owner wouldn’t give us the rooms because the amount shown on OYO wasn’t enough for him, and he was very arrogant and literally abused us over money. We complained to OYO, but it didn’t help. This was the worst place I’ve ever been. Never go here.

The rooms were great, and the balcony had an awesome hill view. We had a really good time at the campfire arranged by the Munnar management team. The service and support from Karali Munnar resorts were very good, especially for our trip. Thanks for your support, Kairali Munnar resorts.

The room they showed us was nothing like the pictures on OYO, and the rooms were old, poorly cleaned, with a toilet in bad shape. When I raised the issue, they said that was all they had and told us to find another hotel, so I had to cancel the booking. We booked through OYO and arrived expecting the room shown online. They’re cheating people, so don’t book here.

The views were outstanding, and the location was just right. The owner was very friendly and the staff were great. Absolutely fantastic stay. I’d definitely come back. Six out of five stars, thank you!
