The price was economical compared with other places, and the rooms were clean, with fans and hot water. The staff were super friendly, too. They gave us extra breakfast and bedsheets when we asked. There aren't many good restaurants nearby, just one, and the room and balcony don't have good views. I'd personally recommend staying here.

For this price, it's the best place you can stay. The rooms are clean and have everything you may need, and the host is friendly and flexible. It's about 7 km from town, which makes it peaceful. Some things could have been done better, but it's good value for money.

We had so many problems here. The owner was drunk all the time and caused trouble, and charged extra money. There's no proper parking, no generator for much of the time, and no water heater all day. He also wanted another 500 rupees for just one extra hour. The hotel owner is greedy and tries to loot customers. Go anywhere, but never come here. It's like digging your own grave.

The rooms were spick and span, and the bed was well kept. It's still growing into a fully fledged inn, but the hospitality was wonderful. They looked after every one of our needs and made sure we were satisfied. The location is great, too, and the main town is walkable if you like walking. There are no fans, but in Munnar you don't need them.

One of our friends fainted in the bathroom while we were staying there. They use gas heaters for the water instead of electric ones, and the doctor at the hospital said it was because of carbon monoxide from the gas heater. Please be careful and choose your room wisely.
