The rooms were clean and looked good inside, which was the only real highlight. The location wasn’t great, with no views from the rooms and no good restaurants nearby, so we had to rely on the hotel food, which wasn’t up to its own standards. Food had to be ordered 45 minutes ahead, which was understandable given the location and that not everyone eats there. Service for food was poor, and breakfast was sometimes cold or short on portions. We had to coordinate with staff to get hot water, and the staff overall weren’t great.

The rooms were pleasant and very satisfying, and the interiors looked just like the pictures I saw online when booking. From the window, you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset, along with fresh air. It’s in a great spot in the valley, and housekeeping, food, and staff were all good.

I stayed for two days and it was okay. The hot water didn't work either day, so check before you settle in if you're visiting in winter or the rainy season. I got a cold and fever after bathing in cold water, which is why I gave 3 stars. Otherwise it would have been 4. The rooms were neat and clean, the staff were polite and treated us well, breakfast was delicious, and room service was available. The food was okay, but the delicious breakfast made up for it.

The access road is steep and has large potholes. The hotel is 16 km from munnar and 50km from top station. The rooms are spacious, staff are courteous and warm, and the service is great. Hot water was provided on demand, breakfast was fresh, and food was average in cost.

The only issue I found was the road from NH to the resort, the idukki bypass road, which has a lot of potholes. It’s a very good place for a family, with nice clean rooms, and the staff's approach was really appreciatable. The complimentary breakfast they provided was very good.
