We were four women, including one senior, due to arrive at night after booking two nights. Just a few hours before we got there, someone from the hotel called to say they were cancelling our booking because they had received a more profitable one. That's an unethical, unprofessional way to treat guests. Don't book here.
We booked online and paid, trusting the hotel, then arrived at night with our family and were simply told there were no rooms. If you reach at check-in time, they may leave you sleeping on the road, even with women in your group. I can't say whether they do this for an extra 100 or 150 rupees, but money isn't the point. Where are you supposed to go at night? This was my experience, so please don't book here. It's like paying for a biting dog.
Don't book here. In my experience, they're cheaters: if someone else offers them more, they'll throw you out.
The staff were so hospitable, and staying in the waterfront cottage with a waterfall nearby made for a fantastic experience. Thank you for a wonderful staycation.
