Parvati deserves a special mention for her warm smile, kind manner, and professionalism. She speaks well and was always ready to help, and she added a lot to our experience. The whole staff were courteous and helpful. Le Serene Resorts is a beautiful, quiet property surrounded by nature, just right for relaxing in Munnar. Thanks to everyone for a memorable visit. We’d love to return and highly recommend it.

The location is a little outside Munnar town, which made our stay feel more peaceful, with lovely surroundings. My wife and I had a great time here. The staff were welcoming and kind, the pool was clean and relaxing, and the food was among the best we ate on our trip. Prices felt reasonable, not too expensive. A really good value stay for couples, and I’d recommend it.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well looked after, and the pool, Gym, and resort atmosphere left us feeling refreshed. We also enjoyed the food, which suited everyone in our family. Le Serene Resort and spa is set among nature in calm surroundings, and our family had a relaxing, memorable vacation there. Thanks for a pleasant, stress-free stay. Our child especially enjoyed the children's park, and we had a great time during our two nights at Le Serene Resorts Munnar. The cottages are lovely and well cared for, the pool was neat and clean, and the food was excellent. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful stay.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we found the stay comfortable and peaceful. We were there as a couple and had an amazing time. Food was excellent and the pool was very good too. It’s a little distance from Munnar town, but still gave us a great experience. Prices are reasonable, and it felt worth every rupee. Highly recommended!
