SpiceTree Rajakumari

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Spice Tree, Rajkumari, and will cherish the experience. The food stood out: everything was fresh, organic, and from their own farm, and the chefs' skill came through in every bite. On our anniversary night, the staff surprised us with a delicious tender coconut cake. We also had a fun, interactive cooking class, and the chefs were remarkably patient. Our cottage, ‘Cinnamon ll’, was super cosy, and the view from the room was indescribably beautiful. The resort felt calming and rejuvenating. Staff were professional and attentive, and Dr. Glory was so warm and welcoming, making sure our needs were met. Prashant took us on a lovely plantation walk where we picked fresh fruit, fed the cows, and enjoyed the smell of herbs. He answered all our questions and kindly arranged the litchi and mint leaves we wanted. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it for a peaceful, special getaway.

Surrounded by peaceful nature and colorful flowers, the property adds another layer of calm to the stay. The food is excellent, healthy, fresh, and thoughtfully made, with a varied menu even for guests who don't want an Ayurvedic diet. Staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and the personal attention makes you feel genuinely cared for. The Ayurvedic treatments follow the real principles, and yoga and meditation sessions feel grounding and transformative. A gem for anyone wanting authentic Ayurveda and wellness with comfort and a touch of luxury. An outstanding stay and a must-visit for genuine Ayurveda and excellent service in a serene setting.

The resort is lovely, set in nature, with alluring rooms and a great breakfast. It's more than 45 minutes by car from Munnar centre and was a bit hard to reach. Perfect for couples looking for tranquillity.

The quiet setting and relaxing atmosphere at Spicetree Rajakumari made it a pleasant break from the daily routine. The downsides were the lack of a TV and mini fridge in the room, and it didn’t seem especially suited to children. Food cost more than I felt it was worth, and the taste didn’t really match the price. At checkout, we got only a handwritten food bill, not a proper printed, computerized receipt.
