The staff were friendly and helpful, and they took care of the little details that made us comfortable throughout our stay. The property was clean and well maintained, from the rooms to the shared areas. We also really enjoyed the food. There was plenty of variety, everything tasted fresh, and service was quick and attentive, always with a smile. Munnar Summer Castle Hotel was a great place to stay in Munnar. I’d recommend it for the food, service, and warm hospitality.

The balcony and the lovely surroundings made for a really relaxing stay. We spent two days here and enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner. The manager and staff were just as wonderful as the place itself. Worth considering if you’re visiting Munnar. Highly recommended!

The food was good and the service satisfactory, and we were happy with our stay at the Munnar Summer Castle. Getting up to the reception could be difficult for senior citizens, though. There’s only a ramp, which doesn’t feel safe. Steps with handrails would make access easier for them.

Comfortable stay for the price, with good rooms and kind staff. Breakfast is tasty and hygienic, though the buffet can get busy. It would help to have outlets for flat-pin chargers used by international devices, and faster internet, even as a paid option.

We had a peaceful stay at Summer Castle, Munnar, with lovely views of green hills and misty mornings. The balconies were a great spot to take in the scenery, and the calm surroundings made it easy to relax. Our room was spacious and well furnished, with a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. The whole place felt clean, and the little details seemed well taken care of. Meals were freshly prepared and delicious, with good choices for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Breakfast was simple and tasty, and the food felt homely. The staff were polite, humble, and always ready to help. Their hospitality felt genuine, and they made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. With the views, food, and caring service, Summer Castle is a lovely place to stay in Munnar.
