The property itself looks good, but my stay was far from satisfactory. There was a persistent foul smell in the washroom, the food was tasteless and didn’t meet even basic expectations, and basic first aid supplies weren’t available. That’s a serious concern for a property hosting guests. The staff made things worse. They weren’t courteous, had poor communication etiquette and weren’t helpful. I didn’t feel they made any effort to help guests feel comfortable. This has been my worst Airbnb experience so far, and I wouldn’t recommend the place unless it improves significantly.

Everything was clean and beautifully looked after, from the rooms to the play area and garden. We had a very pleasant and joyful three-day stay. Don and Nibin took care of everything we asked for, and were friendly with the kids and respectful toward tourists. It was an amazing experience.

The ambience was very good, and the resort is close to many local attractions. We had a great stay at Regalia resort, with excellent hospitality and staff who were extremely helpful. There were plenty of food options we could order right at the resort. Much recommended.

The rooms looked just like the pictures, and the staff were helpful and very punctual. We had a nice, comfortable stay, though finding the place was a little difficult because of the road. Hot water by geyser should be provided for bathing, especially in the cold weather, and the bathrooms are huge.

The food was good, and the staff’s hospitality made our stay at Hotel Regalia, Munnar comfortable. We enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere too. The property is a little older and could use maintenance in some areas, but we had a good stay and felt it was worth visiting.
