The Valle by Kondody Hotels

The food, cleanliness and hospitality were excellent. Staff were courteous and helpful the whole time, and made us feel welcome. The Valle, Munnar is a peaceful, beautifully maintained place with comfortable rooms and stunning views. We had a wonderful family stay, a great spot to relax and enjoy Munnar. Highly recommended.

The food was excellent, with a lovely choice of local dishes that gave us a real taste of the region. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, courteous and always ready to help. We enjoyed every part of the stay, which exceeded our expectations. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and would be happy to come back.

Watching the sunrise and sunset from our balcony was amazing, with a breathtaking view from the room. We especially enjoyed evening tea with pakoda, and the staff were kind at check-in, in the restaurant and everywhere else. There were plenty of breakfast and dinner options. My family of seven, including two kids, and my in-laws stayed for three nights. We all had a very pleasant experience with the room service, staff, food and views. It felt like a proper five-star experience. I strongly recommend a visit to this hidden gem.

What made our four days at The Valle, Munnar so special was how thoughtfully we were looked after. Archana arranged medicine for my mother late at night without hesitation. Athul, Rubi and Ann handled dining and tea service so graciously, and Aiswarya made sure we were comfortable throughout. My husband and I came with our mothers, and the stay felt magical. The modern property sits atop a hill, and arriving in the lobby felt like floating among clouds. Each morning brought thick mist, cool mountain air and the enchanting whistle of the Malabar Whistling Thrush. A beautiful place made even better by genuinely wonderful people.
