Exotica By The Sea

The rooms are spacious, with a bed big enough for a family of four, and service was very good. They’re also quite basic, with almost no amenities inside. Even a hair dryer has to be requested, and they take it back after a few minutes, so this is a good stay if you’re fine with a roomy but not very luxurious room. There’s plenty to enjoy outdoors: greenery, a kids’ play area, games arena, lovely dining space, a beautiful pool, and a fish pond that’s great for photos. The resort is close to Divegar beach, though that beach itself isn’t good. Aravi and Shrivardhan, which are much more beautiful, are about a 20-minute drive away. Breakfast has a good variety, and the food is good too.

I spent a lot of time in the swimming pool, and the layout, with its multiple ponds, is the best part of this well-maintained property. It’s just a few meters from the beach, and the rooms were clean. The restaurant has enough choices, though it isn’t a full-fledged menu. The staff were fantastic, attentive, and focused on service. I’d like to visit again soon.

The cottages and machan rooms were comfortable, clean, and well cared for, with beds spacious enough for the kids. Meals were consistently delicious, and breakfast had a generous spread. There’s lush greenery throughout, plus koi fish and water lily ponds that our kids really enjoyed. Mr. Sanjay Pagare made the whole process smooth from booking through checkout, and he and the team were courteous and attentive. The beach is only a 3-5 minute walk away, which made our early morning walks especially nice. Families have plenty to do, including indoor games, table tennis, a badminton court, and bicycles. The bikes could use a little upkeep, though. We had a relaxing, memorable family getaway at Exotica Resort.

Sanjay sir and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. That hospitality helped make the stay unforgettable. The dining staff were also attentive and courteous, and the meals were fresh, flavorful, and varied enough for different tastes. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained, with green grounds and clean pathways. Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed warmly on arrival. Our room was spacious and well designed, with modern amenities, a very comfortable bed, and a balcony view that made mornings special. Housekeeping was prompt and kept everything spotless. We also enjoyed the pool and recreational areas, with plenty to keep us occupied while the atmosphere stayed calm. I’d recommend it as a place to relax and recharge, and would love to return.
