The rooms were dirty, with dusty furniture, spiderwebs in every corner and dirty bedsheets. There was no hot water even after I asked, and the TV didn't work. The price was Rs. 7500=00 plus, with no cancellation allowed. The booking price kept climbing too: it first showed approximately Rs 3000=00, went over Rs 5000+ after I entered the details, then rose to Rs.7000+ by the time I paid. Pure cheating. I don't recommend this hotel. At that price, you can get rooms at RNS residency, four star, beach side, temple view hotel.

The rooms didn't look as good as they did in the pictures, and the service wasn't good either. It's near a Bar, so I wouldn't consider it suitable for families.

Being near the sea beach and murudeswar temple was a plus, but the entrance and rooms were very dusty. The washroom and balcony were also very bad.

We were right in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything we wanted to see. The room was roomy and spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were so friendly and did everything they could to make sure we had a great time.

The team is good, and the lift is not dirty, but there are things they need to work on based on customers' feedback. The bedsheets are bad, the bed is small, there's no hot water 24×7, and there's no TV. Fine just for a night stay.
