The manager spoke to me rudely, including telling a guy, "mai tumko bhaga dunga" if he smoked. That kind of behavior isn't acceptable from a hotel manager. When I checked in, the online rate showed 206₹, but he asked me for 800₹. I refused, and he told me he couldn't do anything for me and that I had to help myself. I contacted Oyo chief customer care, and they were polite and sorted it out within 15 minutes. Thanks to the Oyo team, I only had to pay ₹224, but the whole experience at the hotel was very bad.

The place wasn't maintained or hygienic, and they gave me an ordinary bedsheet. The staff seemed unprofessional. Someone at reception literally said I had to give a 5 star rating or they wouldn't confirm my booking next time. They ask other people for reviews the same way, too. Scammers, and really cheap minded.

We arrived with family, but checked out within an hour at midnight because it was such a bad experience. The hotel felt deceptive, with no facilities, and nowhere to dine. It wasn't Oyo standard, more like a lodge than a hotel. The photos online looked years old, perhaps even photoshopped. Pathetic hotel and service.

It was a really shameful experience. I booked a room, but when I arrived to check in they refused the booking because my partner and I weren't from the same caste. They said the Collector of Katni had told them not to give rooms to couples from different castes. They cancelled despite us having ID proofs. Small minded people and rough behavior.
