At check-in, the hotel refused to let me in unless I paid extra. I complained to Oyo customer care, but they disconnected the call. In the end, I didn’t get my booking money back, and I was left scrambling to find another hotel to stay in.

The tea was basically warm water. The rooms smelled awful and were in terrible shape, like an old ruin. The owner’s behaviour was really bad too, and they were rude to all the guests.

I was really disappointed. The geyser didn’t work, the bedsheet was filthy, and the service was very poor. Oyo’s service was bad as well. The room booking price on Oyo was costly for such cheap service.

The bedsheets were covered in dust, and the food wasn’t very good. There was no heater or hot water, and the service was poor. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and I wouldn’t trust Oyo.

The owner was humble, and the staff here were so nice and gentle. The food was delicious, and that tea in winter really hits the spot.
