The team made the stay comfortable with warm, professional and attentive service. We really enjoyed our three nights at Mosaic Hotel, Mussoorie, which is in a superb spot that feels both convenient and peaceful. It was a memorable visit, and we’d choose it again.

The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. The manager’s warm manner helped make the meal feel welcoming. I recently visited a mosaic hotel random restaurant and really liked its cozy, peaceful atmosphere and beautiful interior.

The food was fine, and the location is easily the best thing about the hotel, truly five-star. But everything else was bad. Staff were unsupportive, lingered around, and lied to customers. Room service, including cleaning, was terrible. We booked two nights in ATTIC VIEW ROOMS, and it wasn’t worth the price. There are many good alternatives.

Breakfast was decent, the staff were polite, and the location was good. Still, the price is too high for what you get. The rooms were just average, and although our booking included high tea, they refused to serve it. A family shouted and made noise all night and into the next day; even after we complained several times, no one did anything. They say this is a four-star property, but it didn’t feel up to that standard. I’d only book this for 2500, not more.

We were very comfortable during our stay, and the staff were friendly and polite. The service was excellent, with special thanks to Mr Pankaj at the restaurant. I’d recommend it to everyone.
