Advaitha Residency (Unmarried Couples not allowed)

The location is good, but the room wasn't spacious enough for the amount we paid. They don't even include complementary breakfast at that price. They should start keeping room slippers and a kettle in every room, since those are necessities.

Punith, Gopalan, and Manager Sandip were especially helpful and cooperative. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff welcomed me warmly. My room was spotless, with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, near key attractions while still peaceful at night. The on-site restaurant was good, and the service felt genuinely attentive. The atmosphere was relaxing. I'd happily recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

The room was too small, and on the first day we found a cockroach. The hotel said there were no other rooms available. On our last night, so many cockroaches rushed into the coop of a room that we demanded a change. The hotel gave us another room that was suffocating with cheap room spray, so we had to rush and move all our things. Terrible experience ever. Hygiene was poor. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

The hot water setup needs work. We had to empty a bucket of water before hot water would flow from the tap. Guests may not mind much, but a better system could help save water in future. I visited Advaitha Residency with my family for a day after booking through MakeMyTrip, and got an excellent deal. Check-in was easy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a decent size for the price.
