The air conditioner was noisy and didn’t cool properly, and I struggled to sleep. There was barely any hot water from the shower. Dust on surfaces and a bad smell that lingered made the room feel unclean, while the bathroom had a leaking faucet and mold around the tiles. The facilities and condition were well below what I expected, and the stay was uncomfortable. A waste of money.

We paid ₹1500 for two days, though prices were a little higher because we visited during Dussera. For the room quality, location, and service, I’d still call it cheap and good value. Mysore Grand Palace is 1.1 km away and Mysore Railway station is 3 km away. Hot water is available if you call, and food can be brought to you on request for an extra charge. The pictures should give you an idea.

It’s a large, comfortable lodge near the sabar bus stand, and the rates are moderate. There’s hot water around the clock, a TV, and free channels. A single bed room for two costs 800 per night, while a double bed room for four is about 1200.

At 1250 a day, the charge felt far too high. There are no cabinets, the facilities are poor, and we had to ask reception to turn on the heater. It wasn’t a good experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
