A family hotel with clean, very good rooms, car parking, and room delivery for food. The owner and workers were very nice, and the hospitality was good too. The rent stays the same on normal days, but changes on weekends and by season since it's a tourist place. If you're going to Mysore for a holiday, this is a very nice hotel. I've stayed at this hotel on my Mysore visits for the past 4 years, so I expected better as a regular customer. This time the receptionist was rude and unprofessional, and the way the rules were explained wasn't appropriate. First impressions matter, and this was disappointing. Please look into how customers are handled.
The room was a nice size and the staff were good. Food is available at nearby shops, and the location works well. Getting public transport or other things shouldn't be a concern. There's parking in front of the hotel too.
Dhanvantri Comforts had a relaxing ambience and smooth service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a real luxurious feel. A lovely place to stay in Mysore, highly recommended.
The property felt safe and the rooms were decent, so it worked well for a family stay. Staff were helpful and service was good. There’s a shop next door where you can easily get food, tea, and coffee. The repeated reminders about pending payment felt unnecessary and took away from an otherwise pleasant stay. Guests generally plan to settle the balance at checkout, so it would be better to leave the reminders until then.
