We stopped here before driving to Coorg the next day, and the price was good for the stay. The hotel sits on a clean road with greenery around it, and there was ample parking. Its location added to the experience. The restaurant’s breakfast buffet was delicious, with a nice mix of South and North Indian food. Service was prompt and polite. The property felt new, clean and well maintained, with a pleasant look and atmosphere. My room was a good size and had a desk, sofa, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and the essentials. The lighting kept it bright and comfortable. Mysore itself is lovely, and I got a good deal here.

We spent two days here with the family, and the buffet was a highlight. We enjoyed the food, especially the good range of vegetarian options. Breakfast was complimentary and worth having. The rooms were clean and felt safe, and the location made it easy to visit many Mysuru sights, including nearby Chamundi hills. A great family stay in Mysore.
There’s plenty of dedicated parking, and I’d say it’s well worth staying here with family. The rooms are comfortable, luxurious and good, and the service is good too. Staff were polite and welcoming. The attached VEG restaurant has lots of lunch and dinner choices, with very polite, well-trained staff. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t as good, and those staff weren’t welcoming. I’m not sure why.
The room was a little compact, and service could be quicker at busy times. Still, I found Emerald Clarks Inn Suites good value in Mysuru, for either a family visit or a business trip. It’s in a calm, less crowded area, away from city noise but well connected to Mysuru Palace and Chamundi Hills. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, with the basic amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness and service stood out. I also liked the in-house vegetarian restaurant, which served good quality food with a decent range, especially at breakfast.
The restaurant food was excellent, reasonably priced, and the restaurant staff were courteous and helpful. The rest of our one-day stay at Emerald Clarks Inn Suites was a mess, and I wouldn’t recommend it to families. After a 200km drive, we arrived an hour after check-in time, but our requested connecting rooms still weren’t ready. We had to leave our bags in the lobby and skip freshening up to keep our sightseeing plans. The receptionist said our luggage would be taken up while we were out. When we came back at 9:00 PM, it was still near the entrance. The connecting door was locked, and after telling us for an hour that a key was on its way, staff admitted they’d lost it. At 11:30 PM, they sent a carpenter to try to break the lock while we were trying to sleep. He couldn’t, so we had to stay in separate rooms. We only got one key card, and the doorbell to the second room was broken, making it hard to reach our children in an emergency. We missed sightseeing spots and dinner time because of the whole ordeal. The hotel was poorly managed and showed little regard for guests’ time or safety.
