Goroomgo Heera Palace Mysore

The online photos gave a misleading picture of the rooms. In reality, they were unclean and dusty, the beds and blankets weren't clean, and the toilet room was below standard. The receptionist, a teenage boy, was rude and unprofessional, speaking abruptly. He also asked unnecessary, intrusive questions. I'm extremely dissatisfied with both his behavior and the hotel's condition.

The bathroom was large and had hot water around the clock, but the bucket and jugs were very old. The rooms were decent, and since we only needed one night, we didn't look around much. There were no toiletries. Parking was okay because the road is spacious. I wouldn't recommend it for families, though it could work if you're on a tight budget. We paid 1611 through an Agoda deal for four adults and two kids.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, but there were dirty bedsheets, walls, and cupboards. Most bathroom flushes don't work. Some rooms have broken fans, and in others the TV cable connection is missing. Getting drinking water in the room was difficult, and we had to remind them to bring it. The lobby and staircase are dark and smell bad. There was often a cigarette smell both outside and inside.

The rooms were really dirty, and the service wasn't worth the money. The manager was very rude. We only needed to stay one night, but couldn't bear it and checked out right at 11:00. I wouldn't suggest coming here, even for a single night.
