Mr. Hassan and the front office team were courteous and helpful for our whole stay. Breakfast service in the dining area was excellent, and the spread had a great variety of choices. Fantastic stay. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and plan to return on my next visit. Please keep up the same care, ambience, and food quality.

The room itself was reasonably comfortable, but poor service and information that didn't match the booking spoiled the stay. From the start, reception insisted on full payment before check-in. It felt unwelcoming, as if money mattered more than guest comfort. The booking site said the room had a bathtub and could fit three adults and one child, which was a major reason I chose the hotel. On arrival, reception denied those features and asked for another ₹1,200 plus tax for an extra bed. That felt like a hidden charge we had no choice but to accept. The staff were rigid and dismissive, didn't acknowledge the mismatch, and made no effort to fix it or offer any goodwill. The rooms are decent, but the lack of transparency and the front desk's attitude ruined the experience. Guests shouldn't have to fight for what was promised. If you value honesty, flexibility, and good service, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

The location is strategic, close enough to walk to the zoo and Mysore palace, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is fairly new. We had the buffet breakfast, which was filling and had an optimal spread. I'd suggest asking for tea and coffee to be freshly made and served at the table. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well lit, with working AC and hot water all day and night. They're decent but don't have great views. At least there aren't any peekaboo situations with nearby residents. It's a standard 3-star hotel with the usual amenities. They immediately accepted our request to switch rooms because the first one wasn't satisfactory. Check-in and checkout were smooth. Basement parking is limited, though there's extra parking on the pavement. We heard drilling during the day because of civil work, but not for long. The corridors can get noisy when housekeeping is around.

The location made getting around easy, with Mysore Palace and other main sights just a short walk away. Grand Continent Mysore was a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, with AC, comfortable bedding, and well-equipped bathrooms. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout, going out of their way to make us comfortable. The in-house restaurant had delicious food, good variety, and reasonable prices. Free WiFi and parking were nice extras, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Great value for money, whether travelling for business or leisure. I'd recommend it for a hassle-free stay.
