We stayed in the family deluxe room for four. It was roomy, the bathroom was clean, and we didn't have noise or disturbance. The location is great. It's okay for this budget, but don't expect too much, and note that breakfast isn't included. Neither especially good nor especially bad.

I went to the hotel yesterday around 8 pm. The receptionist spoke rudely to me for no reason and called me over as if I were a waiter. He had a lot of attitude.

The housekeeping kept the room in immaculate shape throughout my stay, and the whole space felt warm and welcoming. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, and very clean. The bed, fresh linens, and plush pillows made for a restful night. I also appreciated the modern amenities, including the large flat-screen TV, fast Wi-Fi, and well-stocked minibar. I had a relaxing, enjoyable visit, and the room exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

The good parts were the location, comfortable bed, and clean, decent bathroom. There were several problems, though. The doors were in bad shape, and neither the main door nor bathroom door could be closed. I got a dust allergy, and although they said breakfast was included, all they gave me was one sandwich slice. The corridor smelled strongly of cigarettes. The AC worked, but its remote didn't. Just so you know, the TV isn't a Google TV. I feel that's needed for kids.

The lifts weren't working, and even after I asked, they didn't provide a single water bottle or tissues. Paying so much to book here was a complete waste. I had a very bad experience and wouldn't suggest it to anyone. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
