We were told hot water and AC were available, and they were, but the rooms weren't clean. Room 1 smelled strange, and its flimsy curtains left everything visible from outside. I had to object and fight to get another room, which ended up on the third floor even though my MIL is a senior citizen. The hotel is hard to spot from the road, with reception on the first floor and no signboard. The receptionist was so rude I wanted to leave, and the man at the gate acted like a thug. The soundproofing is terrible, so you can hear what's happening in the next room. People seem to stay for one night, and it felt shady. Service was nonexistent, and this isn't suitable for families. I strongly recommend not booking in advance or paying the room rent.

For the price, the room was good. There was quite a lot of noise, though, and some bathrooms had broken walls.

We stayed for two days on our Mysore trip and had a very good experience. The rooms were kept very clean, and there was no disturbance from vehicles. The location was especially handy, within walking distance of the KSRTC bus stop, city bus stop, and Mysore Palace.

Plenty of space, with ultra-modern rooms. The comfort and service are top class. Highly recommend it.

They didn't honor my confirmed booking through Flipkart Cleartrip, and a week went by. When I contacted customer care, they brushed me off by saying the hotel wasn't responding. The staff there ignored us too, as if we'd done something wrong.
