Manager Mahadev Ji deserves a special mention for the hospitality and support. He made sure our family had a pleasant visit. The staff and management were courteous, helpful, and cooperative, and we felt comfortable and happy throughout our stay in Mysuru. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Highly recommend for families visiting Mysuru.

The only downside was the lack of parking. Otherwise, for a one-night stay, it was a clean and budget-friendly choice. The staff were very cordial, the room was neat and just right, and the washroom was clean with hot water. I recommend it.

Getting around was easy since the auto stand is right near the palace and everything we needed was close by. Room service was very prompt and attentive, and they provided morning coffee and tea, a nice way to start the day. I had a smooth, comfortable stay at Chandrapalace Hotel during the Dasara festival. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Mysuru, especially at Dasara time.

They arranged sightseeing transport for us at a very reasonable price. We stayed for two days and had no hiccups. The service was humble and fast, and the stay was well worth the price. I definitely recommend this budget hotel to anyone staying in mysore.
