Purple Inn

It's convenient that Reliance fresh is right below the hotel, and since the area isn't isolated, Ola or uber cabs are easy to get within minutes. But the room wasn't very clean, and the bathroom was dirty and had faults, so it didn't feel hygienic. You could ask reception for a neat room before taking the key. The pub on the third floor was noisy at night. The receptionist deserves 5 stars, though. He knew Tamil and helped us a lot during our stay.

The rooms are really nice, but the rest of the experience was very bad. At 1500/day for a Non AC room, I expected more: no dental kit, water, or wifi, things you can get in a ₹700 room. Most of the time, nobody was around to help. I got back at 11:30PM to find the door and lift locked, leaving me stuck outside. I called the manager more than 5 times without an answer. After I messaged her, she picked up and sent the security guard to open the door. Checkout was the same problem, with no one there to assist. I called the manager again and waited 10-15 mins before someone came.

The room was spacious and clean, but the stay was below average and overpriced for a day. We found no bottled water in the room, and when we asked, they said it wasn't included in the pact with oyo. It's a very small hotel with only a few rooms. The hotel is on the 1st floor, and there's a pub on the rooftop. As a family, we noticed cigarette smoke as soon as we entered. The entrance is on the main road, while the parking is at the back and hardly lit. I feel families can find better places.

Purple Inn is on the first floor, and Purple Haze(Beer Pub) is on the 2nd floor. There's car parking available. The incharge, Mr. Vinayak, did a very good job and treated us well. It was a very nice stay and I was satisfied. Planning to come again.
