After seeing the reply, it’s clear they don’t want to admit the mistake. That’s fine by me, since other guests will read this. I wouldn’t consider staying here. During check-in with my family, neither the AC nor the fan worked, though the caretaker insisted they did. He wouldn’t contact anyone or acknowledge the problem. I called both owners, but they sent me back to the same caretaker, who I found to be a liar. People came to fix the fan after an hour, but left the AC, which wasn’t working in any room, as it was. I had to shout at reception twice before anyone considered moving us, and that was after an hour. The AC in the other rooms also didn’t work. In the room we finally got, I left the AC set to 16 all night and it still didn’t feel cool. I didn’t want to spend another minute on the property with this shameless bunch of people. There should be an option below one star. This hotel should be banned from all platforms, and no one should consider staying here.

The peaceful setting was a welcome break from city life, and the view gave our stay a refreshing feel. This resort is especially suitable for families, with a safe, quiet atmosphere for everyone. The rooms were spacious, neat, comfortable, and had the necessary amenities. The property itself is clean, beautifully organized, and very well maintained. We had a fantastic, relaxing stay, and I’d highly recommend it.

It was my first time staying in a villa, and I had a good experience. The place is a little outside Mysore but very close to KRS/Brindavan garden. Staff were good, hospitality was top-notch, and the food was great. There’s a pool and a small play area for kids. The price felt reasonable and worth it.

My kid really enjoyed the stay, and the villa’s ambience, swimming, and tiny kids’ play area were all really good. The rooms were well maintained, and booking through checkout went smoothly. It’s worth a visit for a calm, peaceful break. Venkatesh handled the booking and follow-up. Suresh kumar and paramesh did an excellent job with room service. Cheers for the great service!
