Mr. Madan, the manager, was especially helpful and professional, and made sure my stay went smoothly. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were attentive and polite throughout. I had a great experience here and was very satisfied with the service and atmosphere. Highly recommended. I'd definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Service was frustrating from start to finish. Even simple orders took far too long, with hardly any updates or apologies, and the whole thing felt disorganized. The food was just as disappointing at MSR Hotel: everything tasted bland and stale, and seemed poorly prepared. It felt like freshness and even basic hygiene hadn't been given much attention. With food and service both this poor, I wouldn't recommend it for a decent meal.

The service made the visit frustrating, with delays that seemed unnecessary and sometimes even intentional. A few staff members also came across as arrogant and inattentive. The biriyani was far below expectations, tasting more like plain vegetable pulao without the flavor and richness I expected. Portions and serving were disappointing too. I hope MSR Hotel management takes these concerns seriously and improves the food and customer service.

The staff were so warm and welcoming, and they kindly arranged breakfast early since we had to leave ahead of schedule. I had a wonderful stay and would come back if I get the chance.
