Flügler Hostel - Mcleodganj (Dharamkot)

The view is incredible, and the hostel is in a peaceful spot away from Dharamsala's busy commercial areas. It's still close enough for transport to get around, which suits people looking for some calm in the mountains. The rooms and dorms are very clean and well looked after, with private heaters available if needed. Having a kitchen on site is handy, and the food is great. The staff are polite and give great service. Definitely recommend it.

Nitin, Nitesh and Shruti have made flügler feel like a place where you can be friends with the people running it. The managers are really cool and go out of their way to make guests feel at home. The restaurant is small but awesome, with a great view of the hills, and the food is probably the best in upper dharamkot. The lush green hills all around are beautiful. Highly recommend.

The food and service are amazing, and there are plenty of good hikes nearby that you can fit in around work. The co-work space has good WiFi and is a great place to meet like-minded people while working. The rooms are spacious, super comfortable, and come with a crazy view, right among the mountains. There are also great people to hang out with, and you shouldn't miss the jamming sessions.

The views are amazing, the place is clean, and the food was pretty good, better than we expected. The staff were comparatively good too. I stayed in a private room, though one person in our group was in a dorm, where the washroom ratio is extremely poor. It was strange to see a co-founder, a lady, showing such an attitude to guests while seated at reception. The rest was fine. Older or less fit people should avoid it until there are proper roads to the property.
