The food was a highlight, especially the cheesy Masala dosa, and every corner of the property was neat and clean. We stayed in a Family Room at DLS Snow Retreat, Naddi, Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, for two nights from Jan, 3rd to 5th. The cozy rooms had a big sitting area, and the snowy mountain setting was beautiful. We also got a lovely welcome. The staff and workers were so helpful and arranged everything for us, making the trip memorable. Thanks to everyone at DLS Snow Retreat.

There’s a gallery where you can sit with tea, coffee, or food and enjoy Himachal’s lovely weather. The location is great, with Sun set point just a few metres away, Dal lake nearby, and Bhagsunag waterfall about 6 km from the hotel. The rooms are clean, the food is very good, and the place is well managed. Free WiFi too. I’d especially like to appreciate manager Mr. Ajay for his sincerity and good behaviour. A very nice stay for family or friends.

The dining is at the nearby DLS Group property, Anupam Resort, and both breakfast and dinner had plenty of options. The food tasted great, and the staff were helpful and welcoming throughout. Hotel Snow Retreat is in Naddi near Dharamshala, around 500 meters on foot from Sunset Point. I visited on 24th January 2026. My room was neat, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful, peaceful views. A really enjoyable place to stay while visiting Naddi or Dharamshala.

Manager Ajay guided us really well, and the hospitality was the best. A great place to experience Himachal’s chilly winter. Must visit.
