Neugal Riverfront Resort

It felt like a home away from home, a welcome change in a time when homes seem to be turning into hotels. We spent hours by the flowing river, and it was deeply peaceful and refreshing. The snow-covered mountains, well-kept lawns, and river views were breathtaking, but the warm hospitality left the strongest impression. Every corner of Neugal Riverfront Resort had a calm, natural feel that's hard to put into words. A wonderful escape to reconnect with nature and enjoy genuine warmth and comfort. I'd recommend visiting this heavenly place at least once.

We spent two days here for a wedding function, and since we were from outside the city, the team arranged everything we asked for based on our suggestions. They were quick to respond to every bit of feedback and helped make the wedding feel like a dream. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities. The food and hospitality were exceptional, with staff who were both professional and polite. The property is in a beautiful spot, with the Dholadar range in view and the neugal river running beside it. It's worth visiting.

Great property with an awesome view, definitely worth a visit. The hotel also cleaned our cars for free in the morning, just for your information. Thanks to Sakshi Mam and the whole team for such an amazing experience.

The resort's location and property are lovely, and our spacious, clean, well-kept room made for a comfortable stay. The food and restaurant service, though, were extremely disappointing. Both the veg and non-veg platters tasted poorly prepared. Breakfast was worse, with very few options and poor handling. At about 9:30 AM, with only two other families in the restaurant, we waited 25-30 minutes just for Parantha and Bhatura. The omelette and boiled eggs we'd asked for never arrived, so we eventually left. The Idli was cold and chewy, the juice had run out without being refilled, and the restaurant staff weren't attentive. We also reserved a riverside table, but the commitment wasn't honored. The riverside lawn had been booked for another event, and nobody told us in advance. If you plan to reserve a riverside table, get written confirmation from the staff. The property and rooms are good, but management seriously needs to improve the food, service, and communication with guests, since they affect the whole experience.
