The view and speciality were excellent, and the staff treated us like brothers. They helped directly with our questions about cabs, directions, and anything else we asked. Thank you for all that care. It was well worth it. I’ll come straight back and stay here next time, and would tell all my guests to visit without hesitation. Thanks so much, dear brothers.

The beds, mattresses, and rooms are low quality for a semi-premium price.

We only stopped for seven hours while waiting for a transfer bus from Kangra to doon, and the place was just bad. The air conditioner, a Blue Star, was very powerful and cooled the room well. But the rooms and bathrooms weren't clean, and the kitchen looked so unhygienic that we didn't eat there. The toilets were awful. We stayed sitting on a chair and didn't dare touch the bed or toilet. It was gross.

Honestly, one star is the real rating, with one extra for the staff. The place wasn't cleaned properly, there was no room service, and the toilets were really bad. It felt like a hotel you end up with when you have no choice.

My experience was very good, all in all.
