The staff were warm and helpful, and the river view was beautiful and calming. Food at Hotel 360 by D’Polo was impressive, worth 3 stars. Cleanliness was average at 3 stars, while the outdated interiors got just 2. A few improvements to the interiors and maintenance could make this place much better.
The staff were really sweet, and the prices were fair. I liked the food enough to come back for dinner after stopping in for breakfast. The uttpam and chicken sandwiches were both delicious. Must visit.
The hotel offers good value for the price. Rooms are clean and reasonably priced, with A/c, heaters, basic toiletries, and hot water running 24 hs. Balconies look out over either the mountains or river. Food service is good, and the accommodating staff are obliging. There's a decent bar with a river and town view, and they arrange taxis at competitive rates. The location is a little far from Central market.
The in-house kitchen serves delicious food, and the water stream behind the hotel is the star. It's connected to the hotel and makes for a peaceful, serene spot. A great staycation place with all the amenities under one roof, plus an activity area that's really engaging.
We booked for a group of about 26 kids. The location is great, and the rooms were clean, with very good views. What earned the five stars was the service. Mr Rohan at the front desk and Mr Vivek the manager both went to great lengths to make sure our stay was pleasant and memorable. This resort is a great place to stay.
