Hotel Fresco at Sai Gardens

I stayed one night in this hotel in Feb month 2026, and they gave me only a single quilt, with no blanket. The bill they issued had no check-in or check-out time and no stamp. When I asked them to correct it after I submitted it, they didn't. I followed up with their representatives many times, but nothing happened. A week later, they asked me to submit the original bill copy. Very poor customer service. Please improve.

The view is pretty, and the location is very nice. The rooms are decent and nice too.
