The hosts served lovely home-cooked food, from dal-chawal to spicy momos, and every dish was full of flavor. The local Himachali cooking really added to the warmth of the stay. Up on a quiet hilltop, the homestay had panoramic views across the Dharamshala valley. In the mornings, clouds drifted between the mountains, and from the balcony I watched the sun set behind the Dhauladhar mountains with a hot chai. My room was clean and cozy, with large windows, comfortable bedding, and a thoughtful design. Even the pine scent in the air added to the peaceful feeling. The hills were so quiet, with only birds and rustling trees, and I loved being away from the noise of the world. I explored nearby trails, visited peaceful monasteries, and enjoyed breathing the fresh mountain air. The warm welcome made me feel at home right away. It felt like more than a trip, and I left refreshed and grateful, already hoping to return.

It’s hard to put into words how peaceful and uplifting this place feels. Set in Himachal Pradesh, in the heart of the Himalayas and between the Dhauladhar mountain valley, it has a spiritual feeling. Being here leaves you feeling better and more at peace.
