The hotel was one of the cleanest and most beautiful places we’ve stayed, with a picturesque view. My wife and I were there for four days, and the friendly welcome started at the front desk and continued with housekeeping and restaurant staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, honest, and respectful, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The restaurant team served delicious food with care, and support staff were available 24/7. They handled all our demands with a smile and showed a great sense of hospitality. The amenities and the hotel’s outstanding hospitality made the stay exceptional from beginning to end.

The food was the highlight of our peaceful three-night family stay at Portola. The chef served delicious dishes all three days, and Ms Poonam was efficient and welcoming with the service. The whole staff were educated, receptive, and helpful. Thanks for making us so comfortable.

Set among orchards and mountains, this is a lovely spot for a family or friends’ holiday. It’s a calm escape from city bustle, with a peaceful atmosphere where you can relax in nature. Rooms are beautiful, the restaurant is nice, and the surroundings are clean. Staff were courteous and hospitable, and the food was delicious. I had an amazing hotel experience.

Portola is well placed near major attractions and places to eat. My room was comfortable, clean, and had all the necessary amenities, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious, with a good range of choices. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend the hotel for an easy, pleasant visit.

We got complimentary room upgrades during our stay, which was a nice touch. The rooftop terrace is spacious and sunny, a great place for drinks and snacks with spectacular mountain views. The stay was clean and comfortable, with excellent Indian food and friendly, attentive staff.
