White Ridge Hotel

The food was amazing, and the rooms were very nice and clean. Staff at both reception and in the kitchen were polite and helpful, especially Mr Karam. Whenever we needed something, the service was quick. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a very good Indian lunch, served well. The rooms were neat and clean, and the whole property was well maintained and clean throughout.

The rooms have spacious layouts, comfortable beds, and large windows and balconies looking out at the Dhauladhar range. They’re clean and nicely designed, with a TV, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee maker, and hot water available around the clock. White Ridge Hotel has elegant interiors and a peaceful, scenic feel, even though it’s near the main town area and convenient for key attractions. Its style feels modern and luxurious while still being homely. The staff were courteous, professional, and ready to help with a smile. There’s a good range of food at the in-house restaurant, including North Indian and continental choices, and the breakfast buffet was fresh and well organized. With its comfort, cleanliness, and service, it’s one of the best places to stay in Dharamshala, whether you’re traveling with family, on a honeymoon, or for business.

I had a very bad experience and definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The general manager was disrespectful to guests, and the staff didn’t know how to greet them properly. Their tone, high-pitched volume, attitude, and rude behavior all made the stay unpleasant. Guests should be greeted with good behavior.
