The hotel and its management are great, but the staff need training on how to speak with guests and proper guidance. I called to book three rooms for my family, who were visiting as tourists, and Bittu Burger spoke to me so rudely that I can't even repeat his response. Management really needs to pay attention to this.

We had booked our rooms in advance, but after traveling all the way from Arunachal Pradesh, we arrived late at night with kids and Sintu Ali argued with us and behaved badly for no reason. He was sitting at reception and should know how to speak politely to guests. He also seemed unsure about room prices and GST, which made the whole situation more frustrating. I'm extremely disappointed with his lack of basic hospitality manners. This kind of unprofessional conduct is unacceptable, and I hope management takes serious action so other guests don't have the same experience. If zero stars were possible, I'd give that.

The location made it easy to reach the main parts of Nagaon, and I thought it was good value for money. The room was neat and had the basics for a comfortable stay. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff welcomed me warmly. The hospitality at Hotel Royal Palace was excellent.

The locks on the room doors didn't work, so I had to hold the door shut with a table. There was no TV or heater, the food was waste, and the service was terrible. The staff were hopeless. A waste of money.

The staff were polite and always willing to help, and the hotel was clean, peaceful, and conveniently located near the city. My room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Royal Palace and highly recommend it for business or leisure.
