Summit Green Village Resort and spa

The resort's location is good, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. But during our two-day stay, the experience fell short of what we expected. Staff were mostly unresponsive, and we often had trouble getting water, including hot water, which was quite inconvenient. I hope management takes this seriously and improves these basic services for future guests.

The bathroom had no exhaust fan, and although hot water was available, the tap wasn't marked to show which side supplied it. The water we had to use for bathing and washing our face was dirty. We showed the manager, who kept saying the issue was being resolved, but nothing changed. I attached a photo of the water. We spent 7200/- for one night on 15-11-2025 and had a truly awful experience. At check-in they didn't give us the room type we booked, saying instead that they had upgraded us. The assigned room had freshly painted walls and a dirty floor. We told reception that our booking included a 1 and half year old child and that the paint smell made it hard to breathe. They changed the room right away, which suggests they already knew about the smell. In the new room, the fan didn't work, and the AÇ was running at 16 degrees with no remote. We asked for the remote in the evening, but they couldn't provide it until 11 pm. The room was dirty too. Shame on a resort charging that much for such a third-class stay. I'd give it below one star if I could.

Mr. Rohit, the property's GM, was very helpful and ready to assist with everything we needed. The staff were friendly, and the service was among the best I've had. Thank you. I visited with friends. The property is well maintained, the rooms were clean and well kept, and the food was delicious. I'd love to return.

On 15 jan 2026 around 3.47pm, we were coming back from shivsagar and stopped at this resort for lunch. It was a terrible experience. There were only about 10 -15 guest, but just two people serving, and we couldn't even get drinking water. After asking repeatedly, we waited 15min for a bottle, which they left without serving it, along with dirty glasses. They said simple chawal daal n sabji would take 25-30 min, so we left disappointed. Don't go into KINGKHONG based on how it looks. For lunch or dinner, cross Summit Green and keep going for 2min. There are plenty of better hotel, dhaba, and restro options along the way.
