They forced me to cancel because I had booked through Agoda. How is a new customer supposed to know the property has no tie-up with Agoda? If that’s the case, why was it listed on the Agoda site? Their behavior was really cruel.

The staff were very rude, and I felt the place was not safe. Hygiene was practically nonexistent. If you're staying with your partner, be careful.

We booked through MakeMyTrip and had a really poor stay. The water supply was a problem, and neither the AC nor the TV worked. Service and maintenance were very disappointing. Think carefully before booking here.

The staff had a good attitude, and I thought the rooms were great. I stayed here two weeks ago and felt comfortable staying here.

I booked without checking the reviews first, which was a mistake. There seemed to be a whole cockroach family in every room, and when I raised it, the manager acted like it was the first time hearing about it. Better to stay at a better hotel nearby. Avoid this place as much as you can.
