The location may suit particular needs, but it’s not very close to the city. I found the service good, and the executive room was clean and nicely maintained. Breakfast was included and nice. I also liked the restaurant, Indizaa, though it was a bit costly. My stay was comfortable and a very nice experience.

The staff were kind and good, but the facilities were the worst. I’ve traveled across the country and never found a place this bad. The whole hotel smelled of some adhesive chemical, a choking odor that made me nauseous. The corridors were dirty and soiled, like something out of a horror movie. Even as a strong, middle-aged man, I was frightened to sleep there. Getting around is hard without your own car. Ola, Uber and local rickshaws are difficult to find, and heavy trucks made constant noise on the roadside all night. The rooms don’t have proper AC. The central AC was very noisy, though the beds were okay. The bathroom door was hard to lock from inside, and basic things like soap holders were missing. In Room 205 there was a bucket but no water tap. There was no hot water when I wanted to bathe, and nobody explained how to get it. There was no hot water kettle, intercom, or bedside table either. To pick up the phone, you have to get out of bed and walk to the far corner. This place is usually used as a marriage hall. A note to prospective fathers of brides: you’re in for a lot of trouble, and the groom’s side is going to be very angry that you put them through this horror. The hotel just doesn’t care. Check the facilities yourself. If you do check in, be aware of all this.

Everything apart from the car parking was good. The ambience was very nice, and the food was excellent and delicious. There’s plenty of space for two wheelers inside the building premises. The car parking, though, was bad. It’s around 150-200 metres from the building compound, has little room and filled up soon. They asked me to leave my car somewhere at the back of the parking area, which was in very poor condition. My car’s rear tire got punctured.

The first-floor hall is the biggest draw. It’s large enough to easily fit a party of 1000 people. There are two separate halls, one on the ground floor and one on the first, and there’s a lift. It’s an excellent place for big parties, with excellent decor and other facilities. The food is good, though not very sumptuous, and service is a little slow.
