The room I found on arrival was the most disgusting I've ever seen, with damp all over the walls and a strong musty smell. I couldn't stay there, so I asked reception to approve a cancellation refund. They blamed construction next door and said they'd arrange it. But after I raised the issue through agoda, the hotel rejected the request, claiming the room matched the website and had no dampness. I made a few mistakes. I prepaid on Agoda assuming its customer support would help, but they only trusted the hotel. I trusted reception and didn't take photos of the room. And I relied on agoda reviews without checking Google, where it has a 3 rating compared with 8+ on agoda.

It's a nice option for a quick, budget stay, and there are places to eat nearby.

The staff were polite and quick with the service. I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was charged more than the online rate and pressured to cancel. The rooms and service were awful, with no room service and broken things everywhere. The main door lock was broken, there was no bath heater, and the place felt shady and dim. 23 nov 2025.

I was really disappointed. There were cockroaches and other stuff, and the toilet didn't work. The fan had only one speed, way too fast to sleep with, but without it I couldn't sleep either. This is a really bad place to stay.
