They refused to give us a room, saying they don't accept online reservations. We booked because we thought the hotel was close to the railway station, and ended up stranded late at night. We weren't in a position to argue or call the police at that hour. They are fraudsters in white collars. I'll delete this review if I get my refund.

The manager rejected my OYO booking and demanded extra money. The room smelled of paint, which gave me a headache. The floor wasn't clean, the flush didn't work, and the mattress was below standard. For what I paid and the facilities I got, I felt cheated.

The services were great, and they provided free hot drinking water when I asked. The room was only somewhat good, though, and the price felt high for its size. I didn't see the room being sanitized, but I hope it was done before I arrived. It didn't smell very good either. Food costs were very high, so they should lower them or let guests bring food from outside. The toilets need better upkeep, and adding a room freshener would help.

My parents arrived late with an online reservation that had been confirmed, but the hotel bluntly told them there were no rooms. They were left stranded and bewildered, and the hotel's disregard for their confirmed booking made the whole thing even more disappointing. Booking here was a nightmare, very frustrating and disheartening. Never book this hotel.
