The location was awful. Getting there meant taking a small unpaved road with no streetlamp, and locals had a very poor opinion of the hotel. I don't know how it got Oyo certification. Room 108 was still under construction, but the owner gave it to a guest anyway. There was no fan, and although there was a cooler, I had to ask the owner to put water in it. The management was careless. Water leaked from the cooler onto the floor, and when I asked for a washroom kit, they only gave me soap after I explained what I meant. Check that your bedsheet and towel have been washed and aren't used. Keep a bucket filled in the washroom, because the tank can run dry at night and that's all the water you'll have. The owner won't answer the phone, and one boy is left handling the whole operation.

For the discounted price, the room was just okay, but it was very small and had no Wi-Fi or geyser, even though those were listed as facilities. We also had to put up with some hygiene issues, and they didn't provide soap, moisturizer, or body wash. They said OYO stopped offering those after the corona outbreak, which makes it seem like hygiene is being neglected at a sensitive time. What kind of logic is that? They were helpful and behaved well when the app showed our payment as incomplete. So the service attitude was good, but the facilities were only okay.

My OYO booking was confirmed, and I'd paid the booking amount 8 hours earlier, but when I arrived to check in they refused to let me in. Once I said I'd paid through OYO, they demanded more money and told me to call OYO customer service. Their behavior was poor. This feels like a total scam. Please don't go there, for your safety.

The receptionist boy played music really loudly, and the area didn't feel safe. There are no streetlights along the approach, and I wouldn't go for a walk after 9 pm. The rooms are tiny and poorly maintained, with mosquitoes and bed bugs. It's a very bad hotel.

If you're staying in wadi for exams, especially at IDZ, you might come across this option. Please skip it and choose somewhere else. The place isn't hygienic, and the staff aren't helpful.
