Hotel Sahyog by OYO Rooms

The property was clean, and the room service attendant was polite, courteous, quick, and helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name. There are security cameras, and they lock the gate at night, but there isn’t a separate security guard. Parking fits only one car, so any additional vehicles have to go on the road. There’s no kitchen service or nearby restaurant, though Zomato delivers. I just needed a clean room for the night while passing through, so it was okay for that. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it. The person at reception was a different story. When I couldn’t find the hotel on Google maps, I called for directions. He was impatient and impolite, and when I couldn’t follow what he said, he hung up. At check-in he also tried to charge the wrong amount. I’d booked through the OYO call center and paid 50% already. His system showed that payment and listed the balance under “to collect,” but he kept insisting I owed the full amount. I repeatedly showed him the instructions, so it wasn’t just that he hadn’t looked properly. He only reluctantly accepted the balance after checking other booking details.
