My booking was Rs815 for two days, but at the hotel they demanded Rs2400. They said I had to pay extra or cancel and contact OYO customer care. When I called, they kept putting me on hold, every time I tried. The amount shown was false, and the customer support was very bad. OYO cheated us.

I booked through Agoda for 400, but the owner wanted another 400 and refused to refund what I'd already paid. The room was terrible: the shower didn't work, there was no hot water, and lipstick marks were on the wall. The bedspreads were dirty even after I asked for clean ones. The AC was so loud I couldn't sleep with it on. Don't go there.

We were disappointed with OYO's online service and the actual charges. I'd booked two rooms online for a total of Rs 1048 and paid 10% upfront. At the hotel, they said both rooms couldn't be provided at that amount and insisted on at least Rs 1000 per room. Since we'd already paid online and had no other option, I paid the remaining balance at reception, bringing the charge for both rooms to Rs 2000. Thank you.

The online rate was 850, but my attempt to pay online failed, so I went to the hotel. Once there, they asked for 1200. There was no hot water for a morning bath, and mosquitoes bit me all night so I couldn't sleep peacefully. Not recommended.

Please don't take this room, it was a big mistake for me. The paint was peeling, the bed smelled, and rainwater leaked in from above. A pathetic room.
